性能簡介
一、 聚四氯乙烯，簡稱ITFE、F4：使用溫度-200-+260℃。
聚四氯乙烯具有非常優(yōu)良的耐蝕和耐熱性能，除熔金屬鋰、鉀、鈉、三氟化氯、高溫下的三氟化氧、高流速的液氟外，它幾乎可以抵抗所有化學介質(zhì)（包括濃硝酸和王水）它可以長期在230~260℃下操作，耐熱性超過大多數(shù)塑料。它有優(yōu)良的電性能、抗粘性和低摩擦系數(shù)。
二、 聚丙烯簡稱PP：使用溫度-14-+120℃。
聚丙烯是熱塑性塑料，耐蝕性和聚乙烯相似，且較優(yōu)。比重小，強度高于聚乙烯。常溫下耐沖擊性能良好，0℃以下變差 ，耐溫性高、在低應力下可長期使用于110~120℃。因此廣泛用于聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯不適用的較高溫度的環(huán)境。其耐腐蝕性能，除濃硝酸、發(fā)煙硫酸、氯磺酸等強氧化性酸外，能耐大多數(shù)的有機和無機酸、堿和鹽，也適于在室外大氣中暴露（加入2﹪碳黑的品種）。對應力腐蝕破裂的抗蝕性良好，但能被某些強有機溶劑破壞。
三、 聚乙烯簡稱PE，PO：使用溫度（低密度）-70-+60℃。
聚乙烯具有良好的耐蝕性。對非氧化性酸（如鹽酸、稀硫酸、氫氟酸）稀硝酸、堿和鹽溶液都有良好的耐蝕性，但不耐濃硝酸，濃硫酸和其它強氧化劑的腐蝕。對有機熔劑常溫下一般耐腐蝕性良好，但有些熔劑能使其溶脹，在外或內(nèi)應力存在下。有些揮發(fā)性液體或蒸汽可使它產(chǎn)生應力腐蝕破壞。
四、 鋼塑管附件
鋼塑管附件包括標準三通、四通、彎頭、異經(jīng)管等，它采用與鋼塑復合管相應的材質(zhì)、尺寸和復合管配套供應，并有相同的抗腐能力。互換性、通用性能都很強。
