Check-in and check-out everyday at 12 hours.

All prices include private bathroom with shower, television, intercom, parking for 1 car, breakfast, the fan or air-conditioning and all taxes.

Children under 10 years old free, in the same room with parents. (children are not allowed without one parent).

Internet discount 1: reserve now your apartment through our site and get 5% discount from the second day of permanence, promotion is not valid Sunday night.

Internet discount 2: reserve now your apartment through our site and get 10% discount for bookings of more than 7 days except July, August and November.

Validity prices: October 2010.

Breakfast is served downstairs next to the entry, from 07:00 to 09:00, and included. We have a full buffet with several choices of fruit, which is found only in the Brazilian Northeast, to the best start of your day in Fortaleza.
